- items must unworn, and in "as delivered" condition with no defects.
- please email info@75ny.com to alert our team of the return request.
- refunds will be issued to the credit card from which the order was processed.
- custom orders are final sale and will not be refunded.
- each piece we create is unique as it is hand made and no two pieces are ever identical.
